Job Title: Procurement Finance Senior Analyst

About the Function

The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.

About the Role

Top Accountabilities

• Support delivery of monthly reporting processes (PPV reports, ML reports, VMP reporting, Landing report, O&R report, Accruals/Creditors forecast). 

• Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies 

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the respective Profit and Loss / Balance sheet area from accounting, reporting and controlling perspective 

• Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders 

About You

• Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business 

• Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred 

• 2-3 years experience in relevant area 

• Accounting experience 

• Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage 

• Have good understanding of SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making 

• Fluent English knowledge
