ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Facilitating project team and client <span><span><span>meetings/teleconferences,</span></span></span> e.g. scheduling, preparing meeting materials, agendas and meeting minutes</p></li><li><p>Facilitating internal and external system access for study participants</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining project tracking tools and generating project status reports</p></li><li><p>Facilitating project team compliance, e.g. project specific training, CTMS and TMF compliance</p></li><li><p>Assisting with TMF maintenance and Quality Review</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do you need to have? </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree or international equivalent in health sciences or related field, preferred</p></li><li><p>1-3 years’ experience in clinical project administration, TMF (Trial Master File) or other relevant experience, preferred</p></li><li><p>CRO, pharmaceutical or clinical research experience, preferred</p></li><li><p>Previous experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office)</p></li><li><p>High working knowledge with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, preferred</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English in required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-RD1</span></p><p></p><p><b>What ICON can offer you:</b></p><p></p><p>Our success depends on the quality of our people.
