Project Manager Real Estate

<p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB:</strong></p><ul> <li>As a Project Manager you will be responsible for real estate/construction projects for industrial clients.</li> <li>You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.</li> <li>You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.</li> <li>The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types (civil, buildings, facilities, renovations,…).</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT WE NEED:</strong></p><ul> <li>You have a (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience.</li> <li>As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.</li> <li>You have experience with managing real estate/construction projects preferably in industrial environment.</li> <li>With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.</li> <li>As a Project Manager, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.</li> <li>You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision</li> <li>You are flexible to travel within reasonable distance.</li> <li>Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus</li> <li>You speak fluently English and Dutch</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p><ul> <li>Cyclops is an open, dynamic and fast growing company which offers you a challenging job with direct responsibility for varying projects.</li> <li>We offer a competitive salary package, including laptop + professional software, mobile phone, car, fuel card, etc..</li> <li>We provide coaching, trainings and courses to improve your skills and to develop you into a project professional.</li> <li>As we grow as a company, we enable you to grow in your profession.
