Sr Project Manager Construction Poland

<h1>ABOUT THE JOB:</h1><ul> <li>As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for industrial projects for clients.</li> <li>You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.</li> <li>You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.</li> <li>You will serve as the expert on civil and construction-related matters within our team.</li> <li>The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types (industrial installations, civil, buildings, facilities, renovations,…).</li> </ul><p></p><h1>WHAT WE NEED:</h1><p> </p><ul> <ul> <li>You have a (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience.</li> <li>As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.</li> <li>You have minimal 5y experience with managing civil, real estate or construction projects preferably in industrial environment.</li> <li>With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.</li> <li>As a Project Manager, you have a hands-on and proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.</li> <li>You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>You are flexible and willing to travel within Poland, with a willingness to take on international projects being a valuable asset.</li> <li>Proficiency in Office Suite and Microsoft Project is advantageous.</li> <li>You are fluent in both Polish and English, with knowledge of Dutch or French considered a plus.</li> <li>Having a Polish construction permit or license is a plus.</li> </ul> </ul><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><p></p><h1>WHAT WE OFFER:</h1><p> </p><ul> <ul> <li>You’ll be one of the first ambassadors of our new branch in Poland and have possible growth opportunities within Cyclops Poland.</li> <li>Cyclops is an open, dynamic and fast growing company which offers you a challenging job with direct responsibility for varying projects.</li> <li>We offer a competitive salary package, including laptop + professional software, mobile phone, car, fuel card, etc..</li> <li>We provide coaching, trainings and courses to improve your skills and to develop you into a project professional.</li> <li>As we grow as a company, we enable you to grow in your profession.
