We are looking for a motivated and talented Global Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for upstream and downstream activities for the Extra-Oral Imaging product portfolio, with a focus on driving innovation and advancing the company's leadership in dental radiology. This role is at the intersection of R&D and Sales/Marketing, it encompasses managing our current product portfolio as well as new products through the entire product lifecycle. It includes strategy development, project leadership, gathering feedback from customers and translating it into product requirements. As Global Product Manager you will represent the customer in project teams and collaborate with global departments to drive results through influence and leadership.

 

 

Your Role:

  • Drive portfolio profitability by implementing initiatives and conducting analyses focused on product and market dynamics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Create strategies to maximize company’s objectives by defining roadmaps and executing tangible steps such us product international registrations, product changes, renovations or discontinuations, among others.
  • Translate and prioritize market needs and requests from commercial organizations into requirements for EO products and E2E solutions.
  • Support Product Market Surveillance and support the integrity of QMS documentation of your products, with the support of R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Contribute to innovation pipeline development, collaborating with software and hardware R&D, legal, regulatory affairs, customers, commercial organizations, and clinical resources to establish directions.
  • Drive Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, identify pain points, and create workflows and diagrams to present user journeys to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with VOC team to initiate, participate and interpret market research to validate trends, quantify market opportunities, and refine product positioning.:
  • Collaborate with Clinical Education & Training to develop concepts and materials for our products and programs globally.
  • Support marketing and commercial activities.
  • Monitor and address product performance, issues and adhere to quality assurance measures.
  • Explain complex concepts and initiatives at different levels, adapting your content to the audience.

 

 

Your Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or economics
  • Proven experience and long track record in a product management role in the medical imaging field or digital/interoperability healthcare field, ideally experienced in global product launches and commercialization.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital healthcare product development processes and methodologies Experience with digital transformation projects and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage R&D, sales organizations, and customers effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, and requirement engineering for complex solutions
  • Proven ability to manage connected systems
  • Proven experience in cross-functional projects, ideally in an international environment.
  • Proficient in English. German and other languages are a plus.
