In this exciting role, you will drive the development and strategic direction of solutions and technologies in standard automation, connectivity, and analytics across all businesses. You will collaborate closely with business units and industry leaders to anticipate future needs and shape a winning strategy. Own a balanced multi-year portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with long-term goals. Head and empower a global team of 120 people approximately to deliver groundbreaking solutions. The teams are present in Denmark, Sweden and India.</p><p><br/>This position reports to the President of the Marine division.<br/> </p><p>Who You Are<br/>A passionate and experienced leader with a proven track record of success in the maritime industry, preferably with experience in automation, shipbuilding, or related fields.<br/>A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of traditional manufacturing processes and a keen eye for identifying automation opportunities. You are also a strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and BU managers across all countries. A tech-savvy individual with expertise in automation technologies like IoT and data analytics.<br/> </p><p>What You Know<br/>You’re known for having a strategic leadership, developing and communicate the clear vision for automation and digital innovation. Technology evaluation and adoption is your area of expertise, since you have a solid understanding of automation and IoT as well as machine learning and AI in manufacturing processes. You master collaboration across different functions and locations, driving a smooth and successful stakeholder management. Your pasts achievements ensuring successful adoption and implementation of automation solutions shows your good skill in change management.<br/>You have proven experience (10+ years) in leading automation and digital innovation initiatives in a corporate environment. You hold a high education in Bachelor’s or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, MBA or a related field.
