Job Description

Primary Function of the Position

The People Analytics & Research team at Intuitive is at the forefront of using data to shape the company’s talent strategy. We empower business leaders to make informed judgments through insights that drive key people-related outcomes. As a member of the People Analytics & Research team, the ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about using talent data to deliver value to the business and inform people-related business decisions. This role helps the launch and execution of our employee listening programs, performs analyses using our people data, interprets results/findings, and develops stories for executive leadership.

Essential Job Duties

Additional job duties may be created by functional people manager.

  • Assist in Qualtrics survey projects for the employee listening strategy (the annual EX survey being the most significant) including the build of the surveys, translations, data uploads, benchmarks, communications, and administration
  • Assist in the design and build of Qualtrics dashboards to display survey results across the business in easily digestible formats
  • Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling to manipulate complex data from a variety of sources to answer a wide-range of high-impact people-related business questions
  • Deliver findings using data, visualization, and effective storytelling techniques that translate into actionable business insights
  • Manage projects for assigned programs, including building and monitoring project plans, and partnering closely with team members working on the projects
  • Assist in research, benchmarking and measurement strategy projects

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in designing, developing, and conducting survey and/or experimental research in a corporate setting
  • Experience using Qualtrics to build, project manage, and administer surveys
  • Experience in building dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience examining survey data and working with multiple large data sets
  • Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and deriving insights
  • Communicates complex statistical analyses to an audience unfamiliar with the methodologies used
  • Effectively tailors communications to meet the needs of varying audiences
  • Crafts presentations for audiences at different levels with compelling, action-oriented recommendations
  • Partners effectively with team members
  • Works effectively in ambiguous and continuously changing environments
  • Leverages experience and educational background to resolve complex issues in innovative and effective ways
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
  • This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office 3 days/week.

Required Education and Training

  • At least 5+ years of related corporate experience with minimum a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related corporate experience with a Master’s degree or 1+ year of related corporate experience with a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Beha
