About the Role
We’re seeking a high-potential People Partner to join our team, an early-career HR leader ready to own client relationships, make an impact, and grow with the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage your own division/function while being coached and developed by senior HR leadership.
As a People Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, supporting day-to-day people operations, driving engagement and development, and helping shape an inclusive, high-performing culture. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR Centers of Expertise (COEs)—including compensation, talent acquisition, L&D, and organizational effectiveness to deliver impactful programs and support.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who’s looking to deepen their expertise, work directly with business leaders, and contribute to meaningful organizational growth.
What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day HR partnership for assigned client group(s), providing direct support to managers and employees across a variety of people needs
Serve as a trusted partner to leaders on topics including onboarding, engagement, performance, employee relations, team dynamics, and employee development
Work cross-functionally with COEs to support execution of compensation planning, recruiting efforts, talent programs, and learning opportunities
Identify trends in team feedback, performance, and engagement; provide insights and recommendations to drive a positive employee experience
Partner with SVP, People Partners on divisional people strategies and help implement change initiatives, talent planning, and communications
Contribute to culture-building and other efforts while promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace

What You Bring
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or People Partner) in a dynamic environment

Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $73,913 - $85,000Annual Incentive Target: 7.50%
