Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate. <br/></span></p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <span>Job Duties:</span> </div> <div> <p><span>• Compile programmatic data reports to meet requested needs of the CTSO State Advisor and/or CTE unit<br/>• Maintain website to ensure the CTSO web page is updated and posted in a timely manner <br/>• Update and maintain conferences flyers and guideline materials<br/>• Perform administrative duties that support the CTSO State Advisor; CTSO activities inclusive of, but not limited to phone management, email, and schedule assistance, maintaining records, generating reports, etc.<br/>• Assist the planning and coordination of meetings and conferences, including, travel policies and procedures, printing policies and procedures<br/>• Develop, implement, and manage a procedure for identifying need, ordering, disseminating, storing, and keeping constant inventory of supplies for the CTSO<br/>• Conduct necessary research to answer investigative inquiries to internal and external customers<br/>• Develop procedures as directed and/or needed for the CTSO in cooperation with CTE unit Deputy Associate Superintendent (DAS), Supervisor, and the CTSO State Advisor<br/>• Provide project management support in travel, procurement, federal and state reporting, database management, and research for various programs in education and the CTSO<br/>• Coordinate long range planning efforts for training, events, and sessions for the various CTE programs in education and the CTSO State Advisor.<br/>• Prepare materials, maintain database, and distribute PD certificates for all CTSO trainings<br/>• Provide support and documentation to ensure CTE programs are approved to have a CTSO<br/></span></p> </div> <div> <span>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities (KSAs):</span> </div> <div> <p><span>Knowledge in: <br/>• Letter and memo composition<br/>• Common mathematical calculations utilized in spreadsheets/data analysis<br/>• English grammar and punctuation <br/>• Understanding of contract and other agreements <br/>• Applicants must have administrative experience.<br/>• Applicants must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment start date.<br/><br/>Skills in: <br/>• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships<br/>• Written communication skills for a business environment<br/>• Web-based communication skills<br/>• Oral business communication skills<br/>• Organizing, implementing, and coordinating multiple activities at the same time<br/>• Note taking and interpretation of notes<br/>• Proofreading <br/>• Word processing, data management, and document preparation (graphics, publishing, and presentation programs) <br/>• Strong mathematical and data analysis abilities with a high attention to detail<br/>• Positive work environment skills<br/>• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, &amp; PowerPoint) <br/><br/>Ability to: <br/>• Establish and maintain effective working relationships<br/>• Plan coordinate, analyze and establish priorities<br/>• Develop effective operating procedures<br/>• Organize, implement and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously <br/>• Analyze data within associated reports<br/>• Follow supervisory instructions<br/>• Work independently<br/>• Detail oriented work<br/>• Work in a team and contribute to the outcomes<br/></span></p> </div> <div> <span>Selective Preference(s):</span> </div> <div> <p><span><span>• Preference will be given to those applicants with knowledge of Career and Technical Education rules, regulations, operating and monitoring procedures.</span></span></p> </div> <div> <span>Pre-Employment Requireme
