Join us and help run what runs the world.</p><p></p><p><b>This position reports to:</b></p>Country Holding Officer - Austria<p></p><p>__</p><p><b>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p>As Executive Assistant to the senior managers and Board for ABB in Austria, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities across the Austrian organization. In this role we are seeking a highly independent and trustworthy individual who will coordinate governance activities, manage confidential information, and deliver engaging communication initiatives in close collaboration with the local and global communications team.</p><p>In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.</p><p>The work model for the role is: onsite with 8 home office days a month</p><ul><li>Provide proactive executive support to the senior managers by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and executive documentation, while handling confidential correspondence and day-to-day administrative activities.</li><li>Build trusted relationships across the organization by handling confidential information with discretion, proactively managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders across ABB Austria.</li><li>Support internal communications across ABB Austria by implementing communication plans, managing communication channels, and supporting engagement initiatives, campaigns and events together with the local and global communications team.</li><li>Organize and coordinate company events, and business initiatives while continuously improving administrative processes, managing multiple priorities independently and acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Our team dynamics</b></p><p>Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
