This position would serve various public and private clients within existing portfolio and provide opportunities for highly motivated candidates to develop new client relationships. Our teams specialize in delivering multi-disciplinary projects that incorporate the full breadth of Apex services and strategic subconsultant partners.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and administer medium to large transportation infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Provide leadership in the design of efficient and constructable civil projects.</li> <li>Estimate and budget labor
