Overview
Provides front desk administrative assistance and general office support, including acting as the first point of contact for office visitors and staff personnel
Essential Functions
- Greets visitors, answers phone, and directs phone inquiries and customers to proper ATG personnel.
- Maintains office environment including reporting/correcting issues with printers, postage machine and other office equipment.
- Orders office supplies, shipping supplies, restroom, kitchen, and breakroom supplies; keeps supply locations stocked and organized.
- Provides shipping/mail support; receives packages and delivers them to appropriate personnel; prepares shipments as needed, schedules carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory and distribute/ship Alliance-branded apparel/items per requests.
- Provides printing support to department staff.
- Prepares office for visitors, facilitates preparation/cleanup for visitor and office-wide meals.
- Communicates with property management regarding building maintenance issues.
- Supports other offices with administrative assistance as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks with little supervision/oversight.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and quickly learn new skills as needed.
- Ability to support multiple departments with a Team focus.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Required Qualifications
- EDUCATION REQUIREMENT – High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3+ years of administrative procedures experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.
Physical Demands
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.
- Sitting for extended periods and the use of hands to finger is common.
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
- Minimal heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 20 lbs. of force may occasionally be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, and copiers is needed.
