Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator II for our Revenue Cycle Management Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As an Administrative Support Coordinator II, you will:
• Coordinates financial administrative processes, including submitting and tracking vendor invoices, reviewing supporting documentation, monitoring payment status, maintaining financial tracking records, and supporting account audits in accordance with established procedures.
• Processes external itemized billing and attorney requests by coordinating submissions with vendors and internal departments, monitoring request status, maintaining subpoena and payment records, and processing associated checks according to established procedures.
• Coordinates Revenue Cycle office operations, including mail distribution, supply ordering, equipment purchasing and tracking, catering, meeting room support, and facilities or maintenance requests.
• Provides meeting and calendar support to Revenue Cycle leaders, including scheduling large or recurring meetings, reserving meeting space, preparing agendas, and supporting meeting logistics.

Qualifications include:
• High school or GED required, Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative, office coordination, financial administration, or related support experience required. Healthcare or Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and maintaining administrative tracking systems required.

Work Schedule:

Employment Type: Full-time
Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday 
Shift Type: Day Shift
Holiday Requirements: Follow the company holiday calendar

Pay Range:

$20.51 - $27.21

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Non-Exempt)
