Position Summary
As a Recruiting Associate, you will play a key role in building our workforce by supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and hiring teams to source, screen, and engage qualified candidates while providing essential administrative support to keep recruiting operations running smoothly. Your strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive approach will contribute to achieving our hiring goals and strengthening the company’s talent pipeline.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the Sr. Recruiter to source, screen, and engage candidates for open positions.

Assist with conducting resume reviews and initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications and interest.

Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience

Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep recruiting activities moving forward.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to learn and assist with onboarding, HRIS data entry, and other talent-related administrative tasks.

Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and job fair participation.

Provide coverage for recruiting and onboarding functions when team members are unavailable.

Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork.

Education Licenses/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience:
-
Extensive experience with an ATS; Paycom experience a plus.

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience supporting full-cycle recruiting (application review, assessments, screening, interview, offer.)

Strong and confident professional communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills - efficiency and process-driven.

Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high independence and motivation.

Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
