In addition, Eurofins is one of the key emerging players in specialty clinical diagnostic testing in Europe and the USA.</p><p>Group's key figures are approx. 6.7 billion Euros turnover, over 940 laboratories across 59 countries and about 61,000 staff.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>This purpose of this role is to proactively ensure delivery of on-time and accurate results to allocate accounts, while driving our customer standard and develop relationships with allocated customers. To support sales growth and the development of internal processes relating to reporting results and customer facing processes. To ensure we have suitable KPI tools in place to manage customers ensuring they are receiving results in a timely manner and with minimal queries. </p><p>Main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Ensure all results are reported on time and accurately.</li><li>Ensure we have appropriate levels of account management (relative to size of customers) in place to drive value for both Eurofins and our customers and delivering a great service</li><li>Manage customer enquiries and queries ensuring that all are dealt with promptly, efficiently and with a high level of personal care.</li><li>Maintain customer administration to a high standard(including customer data, pricing, limits/specifications etc).</li><li>Assist with managing relationships with all partner labs (internal and external) and working with them to driver both performance and identify new areas of testing to share with our existing customer base to driver value for ourselves and our customers.</li><li>Work with the labs to prioritise customer samples and ensure there is a good level of understanding of customer requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers to assist with definition of testing requirements to meet their industry and legal obligations.</li><li>Collate all relevant technical and service requirements from customers in relation to such projects and effectively communicate this information to all relevant parties.</li><li>Project manage and proactively track progress of multiple jobs and projects both internally and where necessary with partner subcontractor laboratories.</li><li>Work closely with all laboratory departments on customer projects/non routine samples to ensure on time delivery.</li><li>Develop strong working relationships with key account customers and assist with account management activities including business development.</li><li>Acting as an Authorised Signatory for Test Certificates where required, report all results in a format required by the customer, providing relevant technical support as appropriate. </li><li>Assist with ensuring efficient and accurate registration and handling of samples through the departments and with partner laboratories.</li><li>Assist with co-ordination of subcontracted testing to ensure on time delivery of customer technical requirements</li><li>Provide technical, project management and reporting support for retailer projects.</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service and maintain working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards and trends.</li><li>Uphold client confidence in the accuracy of results and in service levels particularly response times</li><li>Any other duties deemed applicable and required to support the effective operations of the business and the implementation of the quality management system.</li><li>Complying with all aspects of Eurofins H&S policy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree level qualification or equivalent in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry or other relevant subject.</li><li>Record of ongoing professional development.</li><li>Experience of working in ISO 17025 accredited laboratory or relevant technical role in industry</li><li>Good working knowledge of contract testing laboratory activities including an understanding of food and dairy testing.</li><li>Understanding of Infant formula and dairy customers and associated testing.</li><li>Proven customer facing experience in a technical / food industry environment</li><li>A detailed understanding of LIMS system.</li><li>Strong technical, troubleshooting, report writing and statistical skills would be an advantage</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Highly motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual who can work well within a busy multi-disciplinary technical envi
