Sales Assistant (temporary)

The group has a pan-European production footprint with 10 production facilities and a global commercial network.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>For further support of our sales department, we are looking for an additional Sales Assistant on temporary basis. You will join a growing and dynamic team and will be responsible for the commercial secretarial work and the accompanying administration. In addition, you will be responsible for the order process for 1 of our key accounts.</p><p><strong>Tasks &amp; Reponsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gives commercial support to the salespeople of Stow Belgium</li><li>Commercial and administrative communication with customers</li><li>General secretarial work</li><li>Incoming telephone calls, as well as their distribution</li><li>Preparing order confirmations</li><li>Notifying customers of deliveries</li><li>Key Account: entering orders (SAP) and further follow-up of these orders</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience</li><li>Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French</li><li>You are communicative, stress resistant and dynamic</li><li>You are able to work independently</li><li>You have sense of initiative and thinking along with the organization</li><li>You are commercially proactive and think along with the customer in a solution-oriented way</li><li>You work accurately</li><li>You keep meticulous records of current affairs</li><li>Experience with SAP is a plus, but not a requirement</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We offer:</p><ul><li>Temporary contract (3 up to 6 months) with chance of extension or option permanent</li><li>Possibility to work from home 1 day/week after training</li><li>Working closely together with other Rack Stars in an open and enthusiastic culture</li><li>An attractive salary based in an international environment</li></ul>
