We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI Innovation Team in Barcelona. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Life Science & Healthcare (LS&H) products. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field, or relevant equivalent work experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI-driven products

  • Demonstrated understanding of prompt engineering and core engineering or infrastructure concepts, with ability to interpret technical documentation.

  • 7+ Years of Experience working with Jira and Confluence

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Experience in life sciences with familiarity across R&D, MedTech, and commercial areas, supported by understanding of AI-driven innovation in the sector

  • Master’s in business administration (MBA) or Product Management certification

  • Courses or certifications in AI, ML, or GenAI tools

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Define and execute the roadmap for AI innovation across the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

  • Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product requirements.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement high-impact GenAI use cases.

  •  Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with overall product and business strategies.

  • Promote responsible AI practices focused on transparency, fairness, and compliance.

  • Measure success through clear adoption, performance, and business impact metrics.

You’ll be joining Clarivate’s AI Innovation Team, a global group of product, data science, and engineering professionals driving the adoption of artificial intelligence across the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) sector. The team’s mission is to deliver scalable, production-ready AI capabilities that empower our customers to accelerate research, improve patient outcomes, and make smarter data-driven decisions.

We work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment that values curiosity, innovation, and impact. Together, we explore cutting-edge GenAI technologies, partner with LS&H business units to identify high-value opportunities, and bring responsible, practical AI solutions to market.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in CET time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.  

This is a hybrid position working in the office 2-3 days a week.
