What you’ll doYou'll be a member of market making team comprising of C++, Java and QA automation developers. You will be expected to coach and mentor junior members of the team on technical topics, ways-of-working subjects, gathering and implementing technical specifications to deliver quality solutions for our business stakeholders.

What you’ll needSo we are looking for candidates who have a relevant technical degree as well as the following:

• A firm understanding of Agile and the desire to push improvements
• Experience and proficiency in design at system and component levels
• Considerable C++/Java development experience in high performing multi-threaded systems, an understanding of LINUX command line, scripting and python and desirable but not compulsory REACT/JavaScript knowledge
