Duties

 

• Responsible for the end-to-end management and support of the infrastructure equipment and software across the enterprise by ensuring the environments are patched, right-sized, and available for the business. 
• Proactively monitor system capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid negative business impacts.
• Implement, maintain, and administer Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central, creating business rules and workflows as well as event trigger derivations.
• Seek opportunities to improve Security roles and resolve complex support issues.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend applications.
• Develop, integrate, and implement applications.
• Diagnose, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the required tools and software and use monitoring tools.
• Understand key systems and how they interact to provide comprehensive service to customers that meets business standards.
• Track and identify supported hardware and software.
• Provide support for enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Monitor backup job successes and failures with a goal to minimize failures.
• Maintain and administer related computing environments.
• Monitor the performance of computer systems.
• Coordinate and implement server and systems security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• May telecommute but must reside near Miramar, Florida headquarters or Dallas, Texas office.
• Requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, computer applications, information systems, or related field; plus 1 year of experience in job offered or similar occupation.
• Requires knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP Security in SAP ECC (HCM, FI, SD, and MM), SAP CRM, SAP BO, SAP PI, SAP Solution Manager, SAP SuccessFactors EC/PM/GM, and SAP NetWeaver.
• Requires experience with installing and deploying SAP applications and security; understanding and creating business workflows and processes; and resolving system/environment issues.
