Customer Relations Agent (20 Hours)

Rostudios is an exciting and fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Relations Agent to join our Team. We are looking for a people’s person who gets excited about working in an uplifting team and likes to solve matters in a creative way. A love for sports and hospitality is key.

The Customer Relations Agent is responsible for providing day-to-day support by answering questions and solving problems to new and existing customers. Our support team plays a vital role in our organization's success as the support agents are constantly in touch with our beloved customers. We take pride in the care and love we dedicate to our community.  If you are a fast learner and open-minded team player, who is enthusiastic about giving our community the best customer experience possible with prompt replies and solutions that work, this is your next challenge. This position reports directly to the Customer Relations Manager. 

What will you do?

• Replying to customer emails and tickets created via different channels

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Contributing to FAQs and other customer experience improvement projects

• Conducting calls and phone interviews if necessary

• Conducting audits if needed

• Basic data analyzing

• Writing and presenting reports

Ideally, we are looking for someone to start in this role from Monday 26th January, therefore we urge you to apply asap. We will conduct first stage interviews next week (Week 3).

Your qualifications

• Preferable 1+ years of experience in a customer service role

• A service-oriented mindset; you take the responsibility to find a solution and you can prioritize the questions that come in

• Open-minded that strives for success and doesn't have a 9 to 5 mentality. Shifts can take place during evenings or weekends

• Have strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills 

• Can work independently and as a part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and confident in using/learning multiple computer systems

• Excellent skills in English (verbal and writing); Dutch and/or German is a plus

• Based in the Netherlands
