PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Royalty Reconciliation Senior Specialist to join our newly established team within Global Licensing & Royalty Management (GL&RM).

The Royalty Reconciliation Senior Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of royalty records while establishing a robust methodology and driving the respective execution along defined milestones. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical & excel skills, ability to interpret contract terms for inbound licensing agreements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth in the field of Financial Management, Compliance, and Risk Mitigation.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform audits on royalty records cross-referencing various data sources.
• Translate complex royalty reconciliation into executive summaries and closely collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Drive the identification, design, and implementation of solution automations for reconciliation tasks to increase efficiency and improve overall process quality.
• Uphold a high standard of compliance and risk mitigation in all aspects of royalty management and financial audits.

 

WHAT YOU BRING: 

• Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems.
• Familiarity with various systems (ISP, CPQ, CRM, CMS etc.) and reconciliation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Macros is a plus).
• Passionate to assess systems and complex datasets to explore opportunities for process automation and streamlining.
• Flexible team player - able to deal with change and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively with various teams.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of practical experience in Auditing, Data Analytics, Reconciliation, Quote-to-Cash process (e.g., Commercial Finance, Order-to-Invoice, Revenue Accounting etc.)
