Hiring Manager: VP of Stills Transformation
The Stills Transformation Senior Director is a part of the Europe Still project office team and reports directly into the VP of Stills Transformation. Responsible to ensure the transformation is implemented within cross functional teams as intended. They will be a key point of contact for the Stills Project for their area of coverage.
Our portfolio strategy and current structure has delivered around 50% OI growth over the past 3 years, there is a potential to scale it further and reach our Stills ambition to double our OI levels by 2030 via the Stills Transformation. To accelerate and transform our Stills growth, we will focus on three pillars:
- Deliver top-line growth through a portfolio strategy focused on the more profitable combos of Tea, Advanced Hydration and Juice Drinks.
- Achieve bottom line efficiencies through increased supply chain system collaboration model.
- Evolve our System organisation structure with targeted resources embedded in the network, increase focus on category governance, and incentivize the P&L owners.

The role helps to define, prioritize, and orchestrate activities executed by the respective project teams as a true network enabler & change agent. You should be able to provide strategic thought leadership on the approach and content of the initiatives while being familiar with how to handle impediments and help the teams find ways to continuously improve. Identifying issues, identifying solutions & sharing both with team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically set the agenda for Stills in your region. Be a highly successful network partner, connecting the multiples parts of the business together to ensure we meet our KPIs.
- Be a sparring strategic thought partner for Stills VP and team, serving as a change agent with regards to the transformational nature of the initiative(s).
- Lead the Stills Transformation rollout to the prioritized countries, working closely with the VP Stills and other vertical leads to keep a helicopter view on the initiatives to build long term strategy and unlock to set the initiative for success.
- Track Stills key performance indicators (OKRs) with linkage to identified initiatives’ progress, prioritization, and alignments. Report the KPIs to VP Stills and EU OU.
Champion Network by:
- Working closely with business leaders (i.e., HST and Nutrition Category, Bottler, Finance, Supply Chain) across the system to develop project plans to manage enterprise initiatives.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to orchestrate resource requests and gather key inputs for the overall planning process.
- Identifying key resources to help remove impediments and/or enable capabilities for the project teams.
- Prepare communications and reports providing recommendations on how to resolve risks and issues at a portfolio and individual project/program level.
- Create and manage appropriate routines within both KO internal and bottler network" (we don´t know exactly the right routines so it´s design work needed here)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Strategic Thinker and highly agile in fast moving environment
- Experience of setting the agenda expertly
- Strong collaboration experience and working well in networked organization.
- Ability to be able to navigate tough conversations with internal and external stakeholders as we try to test new ways of works and break to new ground
- Agile in ways of working and “big picture” focused
- Relevant work experience; experience in transformation roles, enterprise PMO and/or management/strategy consulting will be a plus.
- System experience with a good understanding of supply chain/commercial/bottler dynamics.
- Experience with Agile methodology and practices, with deep understanding on the principles and tools. Agile certification is a plus.
- Consulting and facilitation skills, leading teams in the adoption and improvement of new ways of working.
