<p>We're adding a new Senior Project Manager to our team in Paris to help support on a large programme of work with a globally recognised French business, as we help redevelop their existing offices. We're looking for someone that has significant experience working with on-site with construction teams in a Project Management role, but with an Architecture or Design background. You'll also need to have worked in the corporate interiors or workspace development sectors.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Attend weekly update meetings on-site with the client and sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Work closely with the design team to communicate any changes required by the client.</li>
<li>Coordinate and attend sub walk-throughs for the Site Superintendent, ensuring proper representation from all subs and accurate documentation of all developments.</li>
<li>Paperwork and process flow management, using Vista (PM software)</li>
<li>Document site progress and proactively identify any past, current, and potential future issues.</li>
<li>Update project schedules to ensure plans are on track and meet our client commitments, and effectively managing clients when there are disruptions to the schedule.</li>
<li>Pitch in as needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team.</li>
<li>Contribute to our culture of equality, creativity and innovation; thinking outside the box, and continuous learning across the board.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects, ideally within the commercial fit-out sector.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working on office fit-out projects with full range of subcontractors.</li>
<li>Experience in either a Architectural design or Technical Design role, or working very closely and managing a Design team.</li>
<li>Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades, from initial tender through to delivery.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Construction Project Management software, Vista and Procore.</li>
<li>A commitment to client experience and excellence across the board.</li>
<li>Passionate about the efficiencies of the workplace design process.</li>
<li>A results driven, proactive, problem solving, collaborator</li>
<li>Highly organized, deadline driven, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
