Through unparalleled creativity and storytelling, we create immersive universes and iconic experiences that are beloved across platforms, borders, backgrounds, and generations – only made possible by building a work environment that nurtures the artistry of game development and unleashes the aspirations of our people.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a Senior Outsource Supervisor, you’ll be focused on reviewing various forms of art and animation, providing feedback, pipelines, communication, process improvements, building relationships, and all other things connected to the successful outsourcing of game art content.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Working with art and production leads, you’ll be there to support our external and internal partnerships , ensuring everything runs smoothly, and getting our outsourced assets into a "game ready" state. Your responsibilities will range from crafting briefs and managing planning documents to tweaking incoming assets for the game. You’ll also be providing timely, precise, and constructive feedback to our external partners to ensure their work is consistently on target. This role will be involved in a wide array of 2D, 3D, and animation content, so we are looking for a passionate ‘generalist’ with a keen interest in many forms of game art.</span><br/><span> </span></p><p><span>We’re a close but inclusive team that welcomes new members with open arms. We can't wait to meet you!</span></p><h1></h1><h1><span>Responsibilities </span></h1><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with the art and production leads to support the external production of 2D and 3D art and animation content for the game, ensuring all content is delivered on time, at quality, and to specification.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creation of  creative briefs and technical documentation, ensuring they clearly define the work that is needed to be carried out by our vendors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide accurate, well-constructed, and timely feedback to vendors, ensuring they can work at their best without bottlenecks or blockers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure all art content is delivered to specification and that it is easily accessible for internal review and in a game-ready state. If required, make any minor tweaks to assets or flag that an internal team needs to support, ensuring content meets requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the internal team is kept well-informed about all relevant external production, highlighting issues that may affect delivery, in a quick and effective manner. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Thoroughly understand all relevant content pipelines, proactively looking for gains in efficiency or quality, with the aim of then working with the team to improve the way we work.</span><br/><span> </span></p></li></ul><h1>Minimum Requirements:</h1><ul><li><p><span>Proficiency in crafting high-quality 2D and 3D art, with a great understanding of efficient UV layout, PBR pipelines, and 3D topology.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A great understanding of all industry-standard art content pipelines, covering a wide range of content including 3D, 2D/UI, and animation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An understanding of animation principles, process, and pipelines.</span><br/><span> </span></p></li></ul><h2>Knowledge &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li><p><span>Strong eye for detail with an ability to understand an art style and to identify what is required to get that content into a game-ready state.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Great communication skills, understanding how to articulate complex visual concepts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of creating in-game art content, covering the full end-to-end pipeline, and adept at implementing art into a game efficiently, with a focus on clean, structured, and optimized processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In-depth knowledge of industry standard software for the creation of 2D and 3D art as well as any industry-relevant game engine and game development environment.</span><br/><span> </span></p></li></ul><h2>Key Attributes</h2><ul><li><p><span>A passion for making high-quality games in a cross-discipline, collaborative team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A champion for the value of collaboration and bringing great people together.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A natural problem solver, keen to do what’s right for the production or content, and the game as a whole. </span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive and curious contributor, keen to learn and develop your skills and to share your knowledge with the team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent skills in both written and oral communicatio
