Purpose:
We are looking for a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Analyst to join our manufacturing site in Montgomery, IL. The Senior EH&S Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert in all aspects of environmental health and safety systems, regulations, and requirements. In this critical role, you will provide guidance, leadership, and expertise to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy to drive continuous improvement and support our commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in OSHA compliance, Safety, and EHS reporting.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause problem-solving methodologies and corrective action development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills and ability to lead a team to implement actions for improvement.
