YOUR ROLE
As Senior Director, Supply & Transportation, you will lead the North America inventory, allocation, and transportation agenda with purpose and precision—ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, delivered efficiently and responsibly. You will champion an Anaplan-enabled allocation and replenishment model that strengthens on-shelf availability, protects inventory health, and elevates service levels across all channels. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners, you will build a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will also set the strategy and execution standards for inbound/outbound transportation, carrier performance, customs compliance, and decarbonization—advancing both commercial performance and the Group’s sustainability commitments.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory, Allocation & Replenishment Leadership (Anaplan-Enabled)
- Own North America inventory health across channels to support both Sell-In and Sell-Out performance.
- Set the store replenishment strategy for core assortment, promotions, and merchandising initiatives—ensuring accurate stock placement and optimized availability.
- Oversee outlet allocation and stock management to drive strong sell-through and financial outcomes.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for revenue attribution impacts related to stock, inventory systems, KPIs, warehouse coordination, and cross-functional execution.
- Build strong, proactive partnerships with regional sales leadership and commercial stakeholders
- Automated Replenishment Engine Management (Anaplan)
- Lead the daily replenishment needs calculation in Anaplan, ensuring accurate integration of on-hand stock, stock in preparation, stock in transit, and open orders.
- Ensure replenishment logic is aligned to business rules (WOS targets, cluster eligibility, minimum displays, and store/SKU-level adjustments).
- Maintain governance over parameter changes (e.g., Adjust Replenishment %, schedule overrides) to protect service levels and DC capacity
- Allocation Strategy Optimization & Inventory Health
- Drive the NA allocation strategy across channels, clusters, and product hierarchies to maximize sell-through, availability, and inventory efficiency.
- Use demand signals (sales trends, promotions, seasonality, customer behavior, product attributes) to refine allocation rules and improve outcomes.
- Monitor store inventory daily to reduce overstock, avoid stockouts, and prevent unplanned markdowns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery profiles—balancing cost efficiency with superior service performance.
- Process Excellence, Reporting & Analytics
- Transition the business from manual allocation toward automated, recommendation-based workflows with strong adoption and controls.
- Build and maintain weekly dashboards tracking sell-through, WOS, stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and allocation performance.
- Monitor recommended vs. executed allocations; analyze variances, especially during peak periods and promotional events.
- Benchmark best practices and lead structured continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational maturity.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Merchandising to ensure allocation rules support assortment intent, visual standards, and launch priorities.<
