About The Role & Team

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist, APAC & EMEA to join our growing People Operations organization. The role of People Operations is to empower employees and managers alike, facilitating their day-to-day work life in our rapidly-growing, global organization. 

As a HR Operations Specialist, you will: 

Help build out processes and guides and ensure HR compliance in our EMEA and APAC locations (contract revisions, accurate documentation, legal requirements, work union guidelines)

• Manage employee life-cycle from end-to-end in HR systems such as Workday (covering onboarding, off-boarding, changes, contingent worker extensions, immigration, etc.) for our workforce in EMEA and APAC
• Co-design and deliver employee onboarding programs across EMEA and APAC
• Act as a liaison between our payroll, legal, and immigration vendors and counsels
• Collaborate with other members of the People team and cross-functional departments for both project-based initiatives and day-to-day transactions
• Maintain employees' records and assure data are always up to date
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Support with company audits and payroll.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator supporting EMEA (essential). Experience supporting APAC region is a bonus.
• Workday experience would be a must have
• Produce high quality, accurate work, at pace
• Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations and general knowledge on local HR laws in EMEA (APAC is a bonus).
• Possess a strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, employee lifecycle.
• Are team-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
