About the role 

In the role of Senior Manager Financial Crime, you will: 

• Serving as a reliable consultant to our clientele in diverse facets of Financial Crime. This encompasses areas like Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), and Transaction Monitoring 

• You play a pivotal role in the growth and broadening of the Client Lifecycle Management practice. This involves authoring insightful publications, formulating service offerings, and disseminating your expertise among peers through various arranged knowledge-sharing events.  

• You are instrumental in shaping a long-term strategic vision and cultivating new business prospects, not just with our current clientele but also by forging relationships with potential clients, both within the Netherlands and across our global presence in the UK, US, Dubai, and other Synechron locations.  

• You will mentor junior team members on project delivery and support their professional growth. 

About CLM 

Our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice focuses on supporting clients in fighting financial crime. Examples of projects we have done: system selections and implementations in various countries, development of Transaction Monitoring scenario’s & rules, process & Target Operating Model design, setting up new teams and structures, training, report design. Ask us for more examples! Our consultants combine their business analyses, project management skills and content knowledge to deliver best in class solutions.
