ERP Senior Application Specialist - Finance

You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano in your lunch break!<br/>THE ROLEWork with our ERP project team to work on the delivery of the Finance systems Roadmap. The work includes standard features implementation, requirements gathering, solution design, UATs support and the full implementation of new entities. You'll perform an active role in identifying areas to improve ways of working by use native systems to automate processes and achieve best practices by playing a role of continuous improvement. <h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3> <ul> <li>Address business challenges across Farfetch Group of companies and Business Units, covering areas such as Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and GL.</li><li>Design processes and requirements for evolution, replacement or improving Corporate Applications and Farfetch Platform.</li><li>Lead solution design and decision initiatives, structuring business requirements, engaging with vendors and ensuring proper business assessment of different alternatives.</li><li>Design and Implement processes, ways of work and policies within Technology areas and with key stakeholders.</li><li>Promote best practices across Technology Teams for Business Engagement, by establishing Business Analysis Processes and Templates, and supporting Portfolio and Roadmap definition.</li><li>Support or Stand-in for Project Management role as required.</li><li>Lead the implementation, train, go-live and after go-live activities.</li><li>Liaise with 3rd party providers on specific projects.</li><li>Report initiative status to senior management within Technology and Business stakeholders.</li></ul> <h3>WHO YOU ARE</h3> <ul> <li>3+ Experience with Finance ERP support or implementation, D365F&amp;O is a nice to have; </li><li>Knowledge of Core business processes across Finance, covering areas such as Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and GL.</li><li>Knowledge/experience in working in the ERP implementation phases.</li><li>Experience in documenting business procedures, and drafting functional specifications.</li><li>Interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.</li></ul> <h3>REWARDS &amp; BENEFITS</h3> <ul> <li>Health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and tools</li><li>Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community</li><li>Training opportunities and free access to Udemy</li><li>Flexible benefits program</li><li>FARFETCH Equity plan</li></ul> <h3>EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT</h3> <ul> <li>FARFETCH is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
