Senior Analyst - Global Analytics Tech (M/F/D)

Wayfair’s Global Analytics Tech (GAT) is looking for an experienced senior analyst to support our primary objective of standardization performance management across our supply chain, and building globally and cross-functionally aligned metrics from reliable data sources. At the center of some of Wayfair's biggest transformations, we collaborate with partners from our front-line associates to the most senior levels of leadership and from our suppliers to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an high-impact and high visibility team! This person will operate in a collaborative, analytical, and associate-focused way to effectively drive results supporting Wayfair's global supply chain network. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Act on the crossroads between business operations and technology, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to define and align operational metrics.
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of key supply chain processes and workflows, impacting metrics and KPIs.
• Develop discussion materials for business and technical audiences to enable stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide clear business communication to stakeholders across all levels, departments, and skill sets.
• Support partner teams as required. An ideal candidate would be passionate about processes and drive the culture of continuous improvement. Structured prioritization, critical thinking and effective communication are essential skills. The candidate must be able to develop trusting relationships with key cross-functional teams, and exhibit a confident presence 

What You’ll Need: 

•  2-4 years experience that includes cross-team collaboration and coordination. 
• Experience in e-commerce operations, process improvement, data analytics, data visualization, and/or dashboards and reporting is highly preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in either operations or a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated a collaborative mindset and record of effectiveness in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated efficient communication as well as stakeholder management.
