Job Description

  • Together with internal and external experts, you will support the development of a specialist tax function within the company with a focus on transfer prices, permanent establishments and intra-group licenses, and will supervise two tax officers.
  • You support the definition and further development of the global transfer pricing strategy, transfer pricing methodology and processes as well as the elaboration and assessment of fundamental issues.
  • You ensure global transfer price compliance through assessments of new business models and are jointly responsible for transfer price controlling for the Group.
  • Your other tasks include ensuring group-wide and legally compliant transfer price documentation as well as ensuring legal tax compliance for foreign permanent establishments and representative offices in cooperation with external consultants.
  • You will be involved in the global definition, further development and implementation of the international licensing concept for intra-group business transactions.
  • You support the design of risk management and the internal control system in your area of responsibility.
  • You coordinate the implementation of tax changes in your area of responsibility in cooperation with external consultants (who support you, among other things, by continuously monitoring legislative changes and recommendations for action).

Qualifications

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on taxes or a comparable degree (ideally with a tax advisor exam).
  • Personality and Working Practice: Structured, independent and analytical way of working.
  • Experience and Knowledge: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international group or an international tax firm. Sound knowledge of international tax law. Confident handling of MS Office products is a prerequisite, an affinity for IT is an advantage.
  • Languages: Business fluent in German and English.
