Ø Ensure compliance to OSBU’s product development process. Ø Tracking and reporting of key program metrics. Ø Providing program updates to executive management and customers. <br/></span></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong></p><p><span>Minimum Requirements: Ø Bachelor’s degree and minimum of six years’ experience in program management. Ø Demonstrable record of successfully running complex development programs. Ø Adept at leading through influence, strong negotiation skills and an ability to form collaborative working relationships. Ø Strong planning ability, particularly when presented with ambiguity.
