Senior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Switzerland. The role is a hybrid position with occasional travel required to the office in Zurich.</p><p>Operations is the largest function within FE fundinfo. Working across the customer life cycle covering onboarding, data integration and customer support. We aim to deliver a first-class experience to our clients by providing a consistently high level of quality data and integrity to our customers.</p><p>As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for managing key client projects to produce the desired results and on time delivery. You will coordinate people and processes dedicated to the projects and are the central point for all communication, ensuring good project organisation and execution against milestones and timelines.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager will be to:</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage the relationship with the client and all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver the project</li> <li>Ensure that all Project documentation is created, monitored, and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to) Project Plans, RAID/Action Logs, Project Documentation or BAU Handover Documentation</li> <li>Lead project meetings, maintaining action logs and communication to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions</li> <li>Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques</li> <li>Review resource utilisation and further resource requirements to achieve project completion</li> <li>Chair relevant client calls/meetings and keep key stakeholders updated on project process and reporting</li> <li>Review project processes and documentation for improvement and refinement</li> </ul><p><strong>To join us as a Senior Project Manager you will need the following experience and skills:</strong></p><ul> <li>You must have extensive experience in the setup and successful delivery of projects with limited supervision</li> <li>You must have strong personal engagement skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and gain trust and credibility with both clients and colleagues across the company</li> <li>You must have excellent organisational and project management skills</li> <li>You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and synthesise complex information</li> <li>You must have experience in the fintech/financial services industry or in data-centric B2B businesses</li> <li>You will be able to adapt different methodologies to a common company framework</li> <li>You will ideally have experience working in a consulting firm</li> <li>You will ideally hold a project certification such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent</li> </ul><strong>By joining the team as a Senior Project Manager, you will be offered a variety of benefits. </strong><strong>In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values Trust, Connectivity and Innovation.
