The role will be influenced by our partnership model: at times you will collaborate with experienced developers, other times you will lead all development activities.</p> <p><br/> You will work closely with regional management and a wide range of internal experts (finance, legal, technical, mergers &amp; acquisitions, projects &amp; operations) to ensure successful entry into new and existing markets, building a large-scale wind and solar project portfolio.</p> <p><br/> Main tasks will be to:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor or coordinate workstreams such as site suitability, sustainability, commercial, technical, regulatory, and community aspects.</li> <li>Oversee or support due diligence for project acquisitions.</li> <li>Guide teams during negotiations with development partners.</li> <li>Finalize project concepts and prepare for execution.</li> <li>Assist with development tasks during construction.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Who are you?<br/> We believe you are at your best when you work with people in a collaborative setting, which is very much the case in Hydro Rein.</p> <p><br/> You are triggered by delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards while achieving set goals.</p> <p><br/> As we are a growing company in a developing industry, we also think that you adapt and respond well to change, being open to new ideas and showing sensitivity to different cultures.</p> <p><br/> Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>More than 10 years’ professional experience related to the feasibility and development of large-scale wind projects.</li> <li>Higher education, preferably MSc in Engineering or Business.</li> <li>Project management qualifications (Prince2 or PMP is a plus), knowledge of IFC Performance / sustainability standards, or similar.</li> <li>Office package, MS Project, Omega 365 or similar. Power BI, GIS and/or BIM software is a plus.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English and Swedish. Other European languages will be seen as an advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Additional information<br/> You will report to Lead Project Development Director in Hydro Rein. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hydro Rein aims at establishing an office in Stockholm/Sweden by the end of 2024. If you prefer working in a home office in another region, that can be arranged. Initially, you will have regular business trips to the Rein head office in Oslo/Norway.</p> <p><br/> Do you not meet every single requirement?
