We develop, manufacture, and distribute products and solutions for the safeguarding of payment processes, identities, connectivity, and data.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>At <b>G+D Mobile Security</b>, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for an <b>experienced Senior Manager to strategize standardization </b>and industry body activities<b>. </b>As Senior Standardisation expert, you will own and drive the standardization activities in close alignment with our portfolio management and company strategy. In addition, you will <b>represent Mobile Security in selected standardization bodies</b> and actively contribute to corresponding working groups. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span><span><b>Your Tasks</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Represent G+D Mobile Security (MS) for selected products and technologies in relevant regulatory bodies, industry associations and Standard Developing Organizations (SDOs) with a focus on IoT and cyber security / device security.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Implement G+D Mobile Security interests, translate them into appropriate standardization activities and actively contribute to those industry associations, SDOs and/or regulatory bodies. This includes elaborating  MS responses to consultations launched by Enisa or the European Commission.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Provide input to MS standardization strategy and budget requirements. Propose clear and measurable targets.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Share information on ongoing standardization and relevant regulatory activities and trends within G+D MS globally, in particular with product management, strategy, market intelligence and R&amp;D.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Determine impact of standardization and regulatory topics and trends on G+D MS product portfolio and act accordingly.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Collect input from  technology experts within G+D MS, define and ensure execution of top IP jobs to be done for the G+D MS business domain.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Participate in patent meetings and provide guidance on IP creation and maintenance decisions.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Foster creation of standards essential IP and the adoption of G+D MS IP in relevant standards and specifications.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><span><span><b>Profile / skills / experience</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>University degree with strong technical and innovation background, or comparable.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Deep understanding of G+D MS technologies, in particular: IoT architectures and technologies, connectivity solutions, IoT/consumer device security, cyber security and security/compliance certification schemes. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Experienced in participating and contributing to standardization or industry organizations, deep understanding of specification development and maintenance processes.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Extensive experience in regulatory processes and in dealing with regulatory bodies.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Ability to communicate and present technically complex topics to a diverse group of people.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Proven negotiation skills in an international and multi-cultural environment, ability to develop and implement compromises.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Several years experience in product management.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Ideally experienced in IP creation, patent filing and related processes.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Ability and readiness to travel.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><span><span><b>What’s great about working with us:</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li> <p><span><span><b>Culture and diversity:</b> Join</span>a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
