Senior Manager, Commercial Operations

As a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations at realworld one, you will work directly with the VP of Commercial Strategy &amp; Operations to enhance internal processes, systems, and reporting frameworks that improve team efficiency and drive commercial performance across the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, streamline operations, and deliver the strategic infrastructure required to scale growth and customer success. <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with Client Strategy &amp; Value Creation, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of commercial priorities across teams.</li><li>Lead the development and continuous improvement of scalable processes, tools, and KPI reporting that enhance operational transparency and decision-making.</li><li>Provide strategic reporting and data-driven insights to support sales planning, goal tracking, and performance reviews.</li><li>Support the design of mid-term plans, targets, and incentive models.</li><li>Identify and drive operational improvements by analyzing internal performance data and translating insights into action.</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations, strategy, or analytics, ideally within a B2B software or consulting environment.</li><li>Demonstrated success in optimizing internal processes and enabling cross-functional collaboration at scale.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and decisions.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce, business reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Contractbook) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic business environment.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Fluent in English; German is a plus.</li></ul><b>About realworld one</b><span>realworld one’s mission is to accelerate advancements in the life sciences community by providing the best extended reality solutions.
