Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Junior DevOps Engineer to manage processes and technologies that enhance business value by delivering high-quality software at speed and scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, automation implementation, and support of web solutions in a global environment, focusing on standardized platforms built and managed via automation.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement enterprise network security architectures ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Lead solution design efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA, and NAC solutions, ensuring best practices in deployment and integration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, driving security and network modernization initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, recommending solutions to enhance network security posture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application teams, to develop and implement secure solutions.
  • Develop architectural artifacts, including conceptual and solution architectures, and present to senior leadership and enterprise architecture review boards.
  • Serve as a change agent, advocating for innovative approaches and challenging the status quo.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8–15 years of IT experience, with 5–7 years focused on technology architecture and network security.
  • Expertise in Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA, and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT programs and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the transportation industry and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
