About the Team:
The Sales Team at Bluberi is a high-performing group responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Working closely with teams across operations support, legal, finance, marketing, and revenue operations, we focus on transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Summary
Bluberi is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to build and lead our Revenue Operations function. Reporting to our SVP of Sales, this role is pivotal in aligning Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Executive team through data-driven insights, operational rigor, and scalable processes.
You will oversee the end-to-end revenue funnel, deliver real-time and forecasted revenue data, and enable the sales team with actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Success in this role will be measured by forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion rates, and sales productivity improvements.
Essential Functions
Strategic Planning & Insights
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop measurable and executable revenue strategies
- Provide actionable insights on customer trends—retention, expansion, churn, costs, and product adoption
- Analyze and optimize processes to increase revenue across markets and segments
Process & Pipeline Management
- Design and implement a reliable sales stage/funnel process that reflects pipeline health
- Develop and refine forecasting models to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue projections to Finance
- Evaluate and improve workflows to enhance sales and post-sales performance
Tooling & Reporting
- Build and maintain Salesforce/Tableau dashboards to support real-time decision-making
- Design a “real-time scoreboard” so Account Executives can track progress toward their goals
- Support quota, commission, and bonus plan analysis to align team incentives with growth
Enablement & Market Expansion
- Assist in building and maintaining a comprehensive sales playbook
- Partner with Marketing and Product to create a go-to-market process with measurable milestones for new market entry
- Monitor and report on performance metrics post-launch to ensure successful market penetration
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related function
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin-level preferred) with the ability to configure workflows and processes
- Proven ability to map business processes and translate requirements into actionable plans
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects

Travel Required
- 5–10% travel, including occasional international travel to Canada
