Overview

As a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team the DEI Program Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing our company-wide DEI initiatives and programs. You will report to and work in collaboration with the entire DEI team.  As we expand our impact across the sports, entertainment, and venue management landscape, we are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our efforts in three core pillars of diversity: Workforce, Workplace Culture & Engagement, and Marketplace & Community Impact.

 

This role will pay a salary of $72,200-$82,000.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of the company's DEI strategy, goals, and initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Research best practices and emerging trends in DEI to inform program development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, retention, and talent development processes and programs.
  • Manage and facilitate DEI training sessions, workshops, and events for employees at all levels of the company.
  • Provide support and coordination of global Employee Resource Groups activities, serving as a trusted advisor for the ERG leaders (incl. co-leads and executive sponsors) and members. Manages ERG budgets and assists with annual planning process.
  • Track the effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives through our DEI metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze DEI analytics and generate diversity reporting for stakeholders to highlight trends and demonstrate impact of DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Acts as a consultant to the business for internal and external DEI messaging (e.g. Internal Communications, Marketing, etc.)
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on DEI-related matters, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Global DEI experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; with advanced degree desirable.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Strong understanding of DEI concepts, theories, and frameworks, with a passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
