Position OverviewThe Senior Product Manager will provide leadership and support for the development and management of the education portfolio of products at Colibri and to establish best practices for the product management team.  These products support classroom, online, Livestream, and exam preparation for real estate licensing. The ideal candidate will play an important role in defining and building our product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Content Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
Due to acquisitions over the last years, more than a few disparate products existed throughout the organization using different course models, tools, and standards. This person will help us create the best practices to standardize our approach to pre-licensing education and create raving fans. 

What You'll Do

• Driving revenue growth for the business portfolio
• Working with customers to understand how the Real Estate products can be improved to meet their needs, with focus on improving key metrics, including NPS, completion, license attainment, and success in real estate
• Collaborating with stakeholders in the organization to drive initiatives and projects forward and launch new products to the market, while maintaining the existing portfolio
• Developing product strategies, roadmaps, and leading initiatives focused on increasing the revenue for the Real Estate business
• Facilitate the development of best practices in Product Management that are leveraged by the product management team 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 5+ years in Product Management
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a variety of groups
• B2C experience
• Experience in Real Estate or Education is a plus
• Familiarity with AI
