We are currently looking for professionals with experience in Business Transformation & Customer,  Finance, Supply Chain and Operation to join our Business Consulting team.

Our Competencies and what we do:

 

Business Transformation: is a multidisciplinary competency that helps design and deliver high impact Transformation programs that generate long term-value across two sub-competencies:

 

• Business Transformation Architecture: help organizations reimagine, innovate and mobilize new business and operating models with focus on sustainability to drive long-term value. We work closely with clients to identify and implement a significant shift in what they do and how they do it, leveraging digital technology and data to define the future, design the transformation and align stakeholders with a common purpose;
• Transformation Delivery: Includes Public professionals that help and support ministers, public entities, local and central Public Administrations in adopting new technologies with the aim of gaining better results for citizens and better experiences for public employees. Such support is enabled through two main sub-competencies: Government&Public Sector (programming, monitoring, evaluation and controlling of operations financed by European funds) and Healthcare (digitalization of processes and IT innovation of the Italian healthcare system).

 

Customer: Customer is a multidisciplinary competency focused on driving transformation in the front office around the Consumer / Client / Citizen / Patient. We design, build and commercialize new products, services and customer experiences. Our sub-competencies include:

 

• Innovation and Experience Design: adopting experience-led methodologies to help clients reimagine, design and execute their enterprise transformation. Our team combines product, digital, and design capabilities through our coherent design community, scalable delivery model, and systematic application of transformation methods and tools;
• Marketing, Sales and Service: defines and optimizes commercial functions and go-to-market strategies. It is enabled by strong technology alliances to work across B2B and B2C by maximizing and measuring marketing, and improving strategy across pricing, sales and service. Supporting a functional operating model is a capability now included in each of the respective capabilities (Marketing, Sales, Service, Digital Commerce and Pricing).

  

Finance professionals help our clients in turning the latest disruptive changes affecting the global market into sustainable values. This business unit is composed of three main teams such as Finance Transformation (mapping and reengineering of processes, analysis of organizational models etc…), Industry 4.0 (finance services related to the National Plan 4.0, activities regarding incentives and company grants) and Funding 4 Innovation (management of projects related to European funds).

 

Supply Chain & Operations: Our professionals support companies in preparing for the future era of autonomous supply chains while reducing costs and working capital. Our expertise extends from the end-to-end supply chain strategy to strategic architecture, operational excellence and supply chain resilience.
