Driver [RSIS]

The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), a Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is a leading research-intensive and teaching institution in strategic and international affairs and policy-oriented think tank in the Asia-Pacific region.

Driver

The successful candidate will report to the Admin Manager.  He or she will have the following responsibilities:

1.         Provide transportation support to staff and visitors on official business;

2.         Maintain the RSIS vehicle in good working condition;

3.         Where necessary, to assist in:

• Delivery and collection of items for RSIS events;
• Logistics and backend functions provided by Admin Department;
• Dispatching documents to offices in NTU as well as to other government agencies; and
   

4.         Any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Secondary / O Levels or ITE with  minimum 3 years’ experience as Personal Driver / Chauffeur;
• Possess class 3 driving license with good driving record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and safety regulations
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Good attendance, good time management, punctual, committed, and reliable.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is required;
• Pleasant and polite personality.
