The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-time attorney in our Jacksonville, FL office to handle criminal and/or dependency and civil cases in the 4th Circuit. The qualified applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience, preferably in Criminal Defense and/or Civil dependency and termination of parental rights cases and must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.  The Attorney will be required to represent clients in various types of court hearings, and multiple dockets in Duval, Nassau and/or Clay counties.   The position is a full time State of Florida position with attendant state benefits with a salary range commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
