Implementation Project Manager

<p>The <strong>Implementation Project Manager</strong> must demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to support multi-country payroll implementations. Requires strong communication and cross cultural skills to collaborate with the team members internationally.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Manage the implementation payroll projects from our clients base in Spain.</p> <p>· Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status, discuss and review issues.</p> <p>· Develop project plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects.</p> <p>· Responsible for providing status reporting and providing responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.</p> <p>· Provide action plans and issue resolution, as appropriate.</p> <p>· Responsible for tracking projects and managing project communication activities.</p> <p>· Explain payroll (compensation, benefits etc) and its financial implications to clients.</p> <p>· Clearly explain country specific payroll issues to clients base in Spain.</p> <p>· Train clients through online demonstrations using our payroll technology.</p> <p>· Serve as a single point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding clientimpacting issues throughout implementation project.</p> <p>· Provide perspective, input, and support to invoicing departments on customer-related issues.</p> <p>· Review Excel documents and verify figures using basic accounting knowledge.</p> <p>· Interact and communicate with others ADP departments involve in the project.</p> <p>· Relay pertinent payroll information about the status of the different projects on-place.
