As a key member of our Management team, the Consulting Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving business development, managing project delivery, and managing junior consultants.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Responsibilities:</span></strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Manage client expectations</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Management of budget, finances and client contracts.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing new client engagements.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Manage client accounts </span><span>providing guidance and support to consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Mentor and coach junior consultants, helping them develop their consulting skills and grow within the organization.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Manage internal Nucleo initiatives, across either customer experience, strategy implementation or value proposition.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Qualifications &amp; Requirements: </span></strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain, MBA or advanced degree preferred.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on the utilities industry.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Proven track record of successfully leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute client strategies.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing project teams and mentoring junior consultants.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Strong data management skills, advanced in excel and SQL.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Willingness to t
