You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on developing and implementing innovative business models, products, and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities<br/> •Problem solving mindset, including comprehension of the key problems and conception of the necessary analyses to solve them<br/> •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and market dynamics<br/> •Ensure compliance with deadlines and results in delivery to the client in a project environment<br/> •Plan and develop primary and secondary research activities including data collection and analysis through interviews, surveys, benchmarks, and workshops;<br/> •Ability to elaborate and deliver storytelling both for presentations to the client and for business development work<br/> •Ability to structure, prepare and review documents<br/> •Share business knowledge through positive communication and attitude<br/> •Ability to integrate and interact alongside diverse teams in different environments<br/> •Promote an inclusive culture and commitment among work teams<br/> •Contribute to the development of commercial proposals and internal team initiatives</p> <p> </p> <p>Skills and attributes for success<br/> •Analytical ability and attention to detail<br/> •Goal oriented and strong delivery skills<br/> •Team spirit<br/> •Proactivity, creativity and eager to learn<br/> •Critical and strategic thinking<br/> •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br/> •Growth mentality<br/> •Ability to structure and analyze complex problems</p> <p> </p> <p>To qualify for the role, you must have <br/> •Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or similar<br/> •3 to 5 years’ experience in related areas<br/> •Interest and knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies<br/> •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills<br/> •Experience with PowerBI<br/> •Availability to work abroad (for a limited time) if necessary<br/> •Fluency in Portuguese and English</p> <p> </p> <p>Ideally, you’ll also have<br/> •Previous experience in consulting environment<br/> •Experience with digital transformation, commercial transformation, marketing, and strategy projects</p> <p> </p> <p>What we look for<br/> Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
