<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Leverage expertise to contribute to innovative solutions addressing business challenges using modern technologies</li> <li>Participate in designing and building digital solutions, including automation, RPA, ERP, cloud, and low-code applications</li> <li>Support the delivery of digital transformation projects (workshops, requirements gathering, design thinking) within the finance domain interacting with the MediaMarktSaturn group</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects</li> <li>Provide support and guidance to team members and finance citizen developers</li> <li>Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise</li> <li>Contribute insights and recommendations for continuous improvement</li> <li>Assist in scaling and leveraging modern technologies to maximize business benefits with a human-centered approach</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field</li> <li>Relevant experience in a technical role with business interaction, or a business role with tech interaction</li> <li>Practical experience in developing and delivering technical solutions (e.g., Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, SAP).</li> <li>Additional certifications (RPA, project management, risk management) are advantageous</li> <li>Proactive team player (m/f/d) with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented approach.</li> <li>High learning ability and willingness to explore new topics.</li> <li>Proficient in communication, storytelling, and motivating others, with good visualization and presentation skills</li> </ul> <h2>About Us</h2> <p>We are the Finance Transformation &amp; Digital Hub team (TDH).
