Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - Contract 

 

To execute projects and deliver results as expected by the various stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and lead full lifecycle of activities for successful execution and delivery of transformation projects in Global Operations Services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple divisions, including supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and IT.
• Work closely with various functional teams ensuring the project status is executed, tracked, monitored, and reported.
• Run/lead/facilitate kaizen workshops as needed to solve problems and move the projects along.
• Manage the budget, schedule, and expenses of the projects.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management; technical project experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop relationships with each department and BU
• Healthy dissatisfaction for status quo is needed to investigate, assess, and fix issues, then drive continuous improvements
• Kaizen/continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with quality assurance processes

Skills:

• Project management – full lifecycle.
• SAP experience – expert in one or more functional modules – MM/VM/PP/QM
• Experience with kaizen – running/facilitating workshops for problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Project
