Job Description

Job Title: Director, AMS – MR7118218

 

APTTUS Corporation seeks a Director, AMS in Broomfield, CO to grow AMS business by developing compelling AMS offerings, marketing those offerings and enabling sales and customer excellence team how to sell those solutions. Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity on AMS offerings. Support sales and renewal teams on selling AMS. Work with Marketing, Sales, and Services team to create pipeline for AMS and effectively manage the forecasts. Own the overall execution of the AMS services. Manage customer satisfaction on AMS services with strong focus on CSAT and NPS. Effectively manage team and contractors to deliver the best services possible to customers to improve adoption of solutions and deliver a better renewal rate. Provide continuous feedback, reporting and ongoing collaboration with Customer and Conga internal team to improve Customer experience. Provide support to AMS team members to make sure AMS can deliver quality work within planned time. Lead a team of 40+ AMS resources and provide continuous feedback, leadership and motivation to make sure they can grow in their carrier and be able to keep high level of customer satisfaction. Manage P&L for AMS. Work on Conga Operation and Finance to manage revenue and costs and improve the P&L for the AMS Business. Identify overall AMS health and take corrective action to keep AMS business healthy. Identify key achievements quarter over quarter and perform Quarterly Business Review with Conga Executive Leader Team. Identify focus areas and goals for AMS business. Forecast and Plan AMS Business quarter over quarter and create synergy between various teams to achieve the goals. Assist on QTC, CPQ and CLM Project for Delivery, Requirement, Solution Design, Build and Migration across multiple environments. Conduct peer-to-peer review of work products developed by team members. Perform business development, including project work proposals, RFPs and RFls responses, presales, sales, solution architecture, deals estimation and pricing, and deals management. Enable new features being published by Conga every release for Conga Products. Drive discussion with AMS customer on bringing them on Conga latest release and if needed, facilitate demos and walkthrough on the new released features. Serve as an Agile expert, helping teams across Conga and customers on questions around agile execution methodology. Work with Product and Tech Support on Upgrade related issues and enable product about some of the key use case customers are looking to get into Conga Products. Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and specifications provided by business analysts. Design and analyze solutions for various problems related to applications. Perform coding and review of modules as per design specifications for technologies including Customer Relationship Management tools. Participate in the Delivery, Requirement, Solution Design, Build and Migration of company proprietary products across multiple environments. Conduct peer-to-peer review of work products developed by team members. Perform business development, including project work proposals, RFPs and RFls responses, presales, sales, solution architecture, deals estimation and pricing, and deals management.

 

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience performing detailed analysis of business requirements and specifications provided by business analysts.
