Associate Director, Enterprise Application Technology Enablement

We’re looking for an Associate Director, EAT Enablement to join our growing R&D Enablement team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy to drive excellence and boost operational efficiency on Enterprise Application Technology (EAT) teams. You will likely grow to build a team of program managers in service of this mission. Key levers are likely to include communication and collaboration standards (both internal EAT teams and with internal non-EAT stakeholders), documentation, new hire onboarding and upscaling individuals and teams in industry best practices.

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Partner with stakeholders to determine and implement a strategy to drive excellence on Enterprise Application Technology teams. 
• Collect and analyze metrics to evaluate, iterate and evolve enablement program portfolio over time. 
• Strategic advisor to leadership regarding team efficiency and performance. 
• Grow to hire and manage a global team of program managers to support Enterprise Application Technology enablement.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 5+ years experience building programs or complex, scalable processes involving many stakeholders across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• History of improving performance of teams. 
• Experience working with Enterprise Application Technology teams 
• Experience using metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact. 
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively about both short and long term solutions. 
• Enjoy interacting with new people in an open and inclusive way.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$131,000—$210,000 USD
